Liesbeth Geevers

Liesbeth Geevers is a historian of the Spanish Habsburg Monarchy. She co-edited, with Mirella Marini, the volume Dynastic Identity in Early Modern Europe. Rulers, Aristocrats and the Formation of Identities (Routledge, 2015) and has published extensively on the Houses of Austria and Orange. She is currently a post-doctoral researcher at Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen and the Assistant Editor of The Court Historian.
