When the above article was first published online, an incorrect number (“3.1”) was used into the sentence “Patients treated with the highest experimental dose of 80 mg/day had a reduction in AIMS scores of 3.1 at 6 weeks compared to a reduction of 0.1 in the placebo group” in Section 3.4.1.1. This has been corrected in both print and online versions as described below.
