ABSTRACT
False positive results in urine drug screens might be confounding in assessments of clinical cases and might result in some false clinical decisions and interventions. In this report, we present a case who was considered to have repeatedly false positive amphetamine results in urine drug screens during aripiprazole medication, a widely used second generation antipsychotic drug.
