Robert G. Patman
Robert G. Patman is a Professor in the Department of Political Studies at the University of Otago, and the Director of the Master of International Studies programme there. He has authored or edited seven books and is one of the co-editors of the new Praeger Series on The Ethics of American Foreign Policy.
