Upon query, all authors have confirmed that the first author was responsible for the drafting of the article. However, in line with COPE guidance and our editorial policies on authorship, all authors accept responsibility for the integrity of the manuscript and therefore the authorship record has been preserved. Additionally, the authors have not been able to provide a satisfactory explanation for this significant level of overlap. As this is a serious breach of our Editorial Policies, we are retracting the article from the journal. The authors have been informed. The corresponding author disagrees with the decision to retract.

We have been informed in our decision-making by our editorial policies and COPE guidelines.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as ‘Retracted’.
