Abstract
A new arbutin derivative, 6′-(2,5-dihydroxycinnamoyl) arbutin (1), was isolated from the n-BuOH extract of leaves of Heliciopsis lobata (Merr.) Sleum. Its structure was characterised by extensive spectrometric methods, including 1-D and 2-D NMR experiments.
