This article refers to:
Time-dependent paths, fictive temperatures and residual entropy of glass

In Philosophical Magazine, Volume 90, Issue 33, 21 November 2010, pp. 4377–4392, we published ‘Time-dependent paths, fictive temperatures and residual entropy of glass’ by G.P. Johari and D.P.B. Aji.

Owing to a misunderstanding during the production of this paper, several serious errors appeared in in the final published version.

Table 1. T g and T f values of several glasses as determined from the enthalpy and Ciausius entropy limit considerations, the areas (integral values) used in determining the T f values, the ratio of the T f values and of the areas. Note that and were determined for samples cooled and heated at 20 K/min. and are for samples that were quenched from the melt state and aged. The as-made Pd40Ni10Cu30P20 glass and Mg65Cu25Tb10 glass were kept at ambient temperature for an unknown period. The basalt composition glass was (i) quenched and (ii) quenched and annealed, and the NRS-710 glass was Quenched.

Taylor & Francis apologise to the authors for the confusion thus caused, and welcome the opportunity to correct the record.
