We apologize for an unfortunate mistake in the analysis of de Haas-van Alphen oscillations in the manuscript entitled, “Physical properties of single crystalline BaSn5”. Non-evenly spaced data was used to convert the oscillations to their Fourier spectra via a fast Fourier transformation (FFT) provided by Origin 8.5 program Citation[1]. In this corrigendum we provide the corrected graph and analysis by linear extrapolating the M(1/H) to evenly spaced data. Four peaks can be resolved from the spectra with frequencies of 1.84 MG(α), 2.01 MG(β), 4.02 MG(γ) and 5.46 MG(δ). From the slope of ln(A/T) plotted as a function of temperature, the effective masses were found to be m ≈ 0.10 m, m ≈ 0.13 m, m ≈ 0.20 m, and m ≈ 0.22 m, where m is the bare electron mass. Since the frequency of the γ orbit is twice that of the β, it is probably that the γ is the second harmonic of the β orbit.
