At the beginning of his final year of editing CC/CS, Rob DeChaine thanked his reviewers from the previous year, writing “Their selfless contribution ensures the continued quality of critical/cultural communication scholarship published in the journal and spurs the innovation and growth of our field.” As the editor-elect, I want to thank the reviewers who worked diligently for the journal from August 2017 to November 2018. Rob would want me to pass along his heartfelt thanks to the reviewers for this past year. And I want to add mine: those on the editorial board redoubled their efforts when they learned of Rob’s passing in August of 2018. The ad hoc reviewers worked hard to fill in remaining gaps.
