Correction to: Hearing Assistive and Access Technology

When the above book review was first published online, the book review’s author name and the book title were published incorrectly, and two sentences omitted from the text. An incorrect version of the accepted version was mistakenly submitted to the publisher, which led to the errors. These have now been corrected online.
