Soo Il Shin
Soo Il Shin, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security for the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Auburn University. His research interests include smart tourism, mobile, and computer-mediated communication, virtual community, healthcare, blockchain technology, and business simulation games. His publications have appeared in premier journals such as Information & Management, Information Technology & People, Journal of Organization End User Computing, Telematics and Informatics, and the Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems. He has also authored many conference proceedings, and his works have been presented at prestigious national and international MIS/IS conferences. He currently serves as an associate editor for the Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems, Knowledge Management Review, and the Journal of Information Technology Cases and Applications. Miriam Mele Kwon
Miriam Mele Kwon is a registered nurse at Emory University Hospital who has cared for patients within the Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology department. Prior to working as a nurse, she had received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University. After a few years working at the bedside, she wanted to explore what else the healthcare industry had to offer and strives to find different ways she is able to help patients.
