Kaitlyn Griffith

Kaitlyn Griffith is a multimedia archivist and memory worker in Chicago. She teaches a fieldwork class in the School of Information Studies on archiving the oral history of Free 'Em All Radio. Kaitlyn works in community, university, and public service archives, and finds great joy in preserving people’s history. She holds an MLIS from Dominican University and BAs in English and Journalism from the University of Denver. Her research interests include oral history, community archives, new technology, and Women & Gender Studies. When outside of the classroom, Kaitlyn can be found performing at storytelling open mics.
