Abstract
The mission-driven planning and management process requires the systematic assessment of MPA program performance. An essential method in a comprehensive performance measurement system is the use of stakeholder surveys. This article describes the development and administration of student, exit, alumni, employer, and supervisor surveys based upon the experiences of Fairleigh Dickinson University's MPA program. Guidelines, recommendations, and sample surveys are provided for the reader's reference.
