Nadia Rubaii

Nadia Rubaii is professor and chair in the Department of Public Administration and co-director of the Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention at Binghamton University. Her research has examined issues of quality assurance in higher education, effective pedagogies, and strategies for more effectively managing diversity and for preventing mass atrocities. She is founding Co-Editor of Gobernar: The Journal of Latin American Public Policy and Governance. She has been a Fulbright Scholar in Colombia and Fulbright Specialist in Venezuela and Colombia, and is past-present of NASPAA.
