1 The report mentions a CFS as low as 4 (paired with other criteria) as an ‘objective’ score of serious enough condition for a Covid patient in respiratory distress to be denied ICU admission (Draft RPMO).

2 That scale (from 1 to 6) is used to assess mental and physical state of an elderly person and the level of demonstrated autonomy she has. It had previously been used for the allocation of benefits to older people.
