ABSTRACT
The present study investigates the mediating role of innovation capability between entrepreneurial learning and tourism business performance dimensions. Cognitive Social Learning Theory has been applied to build the research model in Entrepreneurial learning, Innovation capability, and Business performance. 350 questionnaires were collected from tourism business firms/organizations and renascent entrepreneurs in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The results were significant regarding the mediating role of innovation capability in the relationship between entrepreneur learning and business performance dimensions. The findings shall help better understand how Innovation capabilities affect the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and the business performance of tourism entrepreneurs. Considering the extent of literature and essential aspects of entrepreneur learning and business performance with the mediating role of innovation capability, the research model of the present study would enrich the existing literature and shall provide a better understanding of how Innovation capabilities affect the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and the business performance of tourism entrepreneurs and simultaneously have validated and favored the theory of cognitive, social learning.
