Carlnita P. Greene is a visiting assistant professor in the Media Studies program. Her research broadly operates at the intersections of rhetoric, food, media, and popular culture. Previously published on subjects as diverse as identity, style, and nostalgia, she is the author of Gourmands and Gluttons: The Rhetoric of Food Excess (Peter Lang, 2015) and co-editor of Food as Communication/Communication as Food (Peter Lang, 2011).
