Abstract

In this interview for the 60th anniversary commemoration of the Kinsey Male report, Yale legal scholar Kenji Yoshino answers questions about his thesis on “The Epistemic Contract of Bisexual Erasure”; considers how bisexuality is distinguished legally and socially among heterosexual, homosexual, transgender, and asexual populations; and discusses jurisprudence and civil rights affecting bisexual persons and other sexual minorities.
