There were multiple errors. The participants in Cohorts 1 & 2 were incorrectly listed as 36. The correct number of participants is 34. The Racial Equity and Culturally Competency Committee was known as the Racial Equity and Culturally Competency Task Force from its inception in 2006 until 2011 when it assumed its current name.
