Biographical Note: The Honorable Rosina Bierbaum served as the Director of the Environment Division of the White House Science Office under President Clinton and was a Senior Associate for Environment at the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment from 1980-1993. She holds a BA in English, a BS in Biology (both from Boston College), and a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (SUNY at Stony Brook).
