On page 162, in the third paragraph, “Edmund’s Tucker Act of 1870” should instead read “Edmunds–Tucker Act of 1887.”

On page 164, in the third paragraph, the citation to Burroughs and Feller (2005) should instead cite Burroughs and Feller (2015).

The author apologizes for these oversights.
