These errors have now been corrected in the following places:

In the sentence “Notably, three institutions are located in the central cities of the 14 largest metropolitan areas in the United States with one each in Chicago, Dallas, and Houston”, “three” has been changed to “four” and “Riverside” has been added to “Chicago, Dallas, and Houston.”

In the phrase “The breakdown of locations by MSA size is similar to the CCCU governing members (with a Spearman’s correlation of 0.975, p = .005)…,” “0.975” has been changed to “1.000” and “p = .005” has been changed to “p = .01”.

In the parenthetical phrase “(with a Spearman’s correlation with CCCU MSA categories of − 0.308422, p = .614…),” “- 0.308422” has been changed to “–.200” and “p = .614” has been changed to “p = .747”.
