Abstract
Possibilities of gasdynamic control of nanoclusters growth process in a steady flow of a carbon vapor and inert gas (helium) mixture in a cylindrical channel with a supersonic nozzle were investigated. It was shown that the supersonic nozzle is an effective method of “freezing” of clusters mass spectra and obtaining clusters of required size.
