On page 7, the section titled 3.0.0.1. Linear flow rule should be titled 3.1.3.1. Linear flow rule.
On page 8, the section titled 3.0.0.2. Exponential flow rule should be titled 3.1.3.2. Exponential flow rule.
On page 10, under Numerical Examples, “αS = 6.6× 10−6 K−1” and “α = 1× 10−4 K−1” should be the first two examples on the bottom row.
