Abstract
In this work, we investigate the temperature dependence of the perpendicular electrical conductivity in presence of magnetic field of InSb sample measurements obtained by Abboudy [Citation16]. First we determine the value of the critical magnetic field BC for which the metal insulator transition (MIT) occurs. On the metallic side of the MIT, we are interested in the study of positive magnetoconductivity as a function of magnetic field by modeling it with complex theoretical models. The validity of these models is tested by calculating and comparing the inelastic scattering time for each model used.
