Abstract

The aim of the work is to establish the dependences of the electrophysical and optical characteristics of NiMoO4/C composites from the content of carbon material. Experimental data and their analysis by Raman and impedance spectroscopy were used to achieve these goals. As a result of studies the numerical values of electrical conductivity at direct current and activation energy of the materials under study have been determined. The shift of the maximum G-band of composites to the high-frequency region in Raman spectra testifies to the formation of interfacial covalent bonds between NiMoO4 and carbon material in the process of hydrothermal synthesis.
