Abstract
The electrophysical properties of nanostructured MgAl2O4 ceramics sintered at 1300 °C for 5 h, as well as thick films were obtained and investigated. The study of adsorption-desorption cycles was carried out after sintering and aging test. It is shown that ceramic has a sensitivity to humidity in the range of 25–95% with minimal hysteresis of the characteristic in adsorption-desorption cycles, which can be eliminated after the aging test. Thick films based on it are characterized by hysteresis and loss of sensitivity at low values of relative humidity, which is caused by the clogging of small nanopores.
