Monica Llamazares

MONICA LLAMAZARES is a peacebuilding and conflict-sensitivity specialist with over 15 years of experience in post-war peacebuilding and conflict-sensitive development in the Balkans and East Africa. Dr Llamazares works as a peacebuilding specialist for UNICEF in Uganda.

Katie Mulloy

KATIE MULLOY is a development professional with over a decade of experience working on education and ICT4D-based initiatives worldwide. She currently works as the Technology and Education Programme Manager for UNICEF Uganda and is based in Kampala.
