CYREL SAN GABRIEL is pursuing her PhD in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. She has 20 years of experience in institution building in Asia’s developing countries. She worked for 10 years with the Asian Development Bank as consultant and 10 years with the Philippine government as project manager.
Sharada Jnawali
SHARADA JNAWALI is an independent development consultant from Nepal, with over 30 years of experience in development project planning and management. She worked with the Asian Development Bank as peacebuilding advisor for seven years and with USAID-Nepal as conflict management advisor for over 10 years.
