Abstract

Google Docs is a feature from Google that allows users to collaborate on documents, forms, presentations, and spreadsheets. Google Docs is an easy-to-use, freely-available survey-creation tool with a variety of question types that should meet the needs of most survey creators. It automatically generates pictorial representations of survey responses. This article provides a summary of features available in free survey tools and includes instructions on how to use Google Docs' form function to create a survey.
