ABSTRACT
This study deals to examine the physico-chemical, structure, thermal, and surface topography of spider silk fibers. Spider silk fibers were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. SEM analysis observations indicated that the presence of a smooth surface. The X-ray analysis evidenced that these fibers have a crystallinity index of 24%. The thermogravimetric analysis reveals that spider silk fibers are thermally withstanding until 450°C.

本研究探讨了蜘蛛丝纤维的理化、结构、热学和表面形貌. 利用傅立叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析和扫描电镜对蜘蛛丝纤维进行了研究. 扫描电镜分析观察表明,存在一个光滑的表面. X射线分析表明,这些纤维的结晶指数为24%. 热重分析表明,蜘蛛丝纤维的耐热性可达450℃.
