Andrew J. Clarke

Andrew J. Clarke is an assistant professor of government and law at Lafayette College and a faculty affiliate of the Center for Effective Lawmaking. His research focuses on American political institutions and legislative affairs, with an emphasis on party factions in the U.S. House of Representatives. He regularly teaches an introductory class on American politics and upper-level courses on Congress and the presidency.
