Abstract
Background:
Scrotoschisis is a congenital malformation characterized by testicular exstrophy through a scrotal defect.
Case report:
We report a full-term baby boy with exteriorization of both testes through a right parietal scrotal defect.
Discussion:
Bilateral testes extrusion through a lateralized scrotoschisis can occur due to a scrotal septal defect.
