This general issue reflects studies conducted outside of the United States and reflects a variety of world religions. Chaplains and other counseling professionals need to review these documents and all those originating from a variety of religious traditions in order to do their work. In this edition of the journal, readers will find, discussions of Marriage and Spirituality in Hinduism, Effect of Intrinsic Religiousness, Extrinsic Religiousness, and Religious Fundamentalism on People’s Attitude Towards Lesbians and Gays in Indonesia, the integration of spirituality care in Aboriginal residential aged care in South Australia, Attitudes in Dealing with Illness in Portuguese Alzheimer’s Patients, and Problematics of Caring in a Spiritual Gerontophiles: A Study of Old age Homes in Varanasi (Kashi). This journal is attracting more and more articles from other countries and other cultures. This is an exciting new direction for the journal, and we hope will enhance all our work with older adults.
