Abstract
A new metal-organic framework, [Pb(H2ANBA)2] n (1) (H3ANBA = 2-amino-4-nitrobenzoic acid), has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 features chain structure directed by unprotonated NH2 and deprotonated COOH linkages, which is then stacked by π– π interaction and weak unclassical hydrogen-bonded interactions to result in 3D porous supramoelcular architecture.
