Abstract

In this paper, nanoparticles of iron oxide in the presence of specific electric and magnetic field orientation are placed on zinc oxide nanofibers. In this methodology, initially with chemical sol-gel method, the magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles are synthesized. In the next step the synthesized particles are added to precursor polymer of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and zinc salt. By using electrospinning method, nanofibers in the distance between the nozzle and the collector fibers foil pass through a strong electric and magnetic field. After the identification tests and scanned electron microscopy (SEM) imaging it is observed that the iron oxide nanoparticles have placed well on the fibers.
