Thank you for taking time to read issue 12(4) of the Journal of LGBT Issues in Counseling. The fourth issue in each volume has historically served as an opportunity for the immediate past-president of the Association for LGBT Issues in Counseling to develop a collection of articles in a special issue comprised of topics that are of interest to them. Drs. Tonya Hammer, Hugh Crethar, and Randolph Hubach guest co-edited this special issue entitled, Interdisciplinary Insights Into LGBTQ + Health: Implications for Counseling. I extend my gratitude to special issue guest co-editors for their efforts reviewing and selecting the manuscripts included in this issue. Lastly, do not forget that you may complete the Continuing Education (CE) questions at the end of this issue to receive CE credit.
