Abstract

Extraction of Xinjiang oil sand by the series of YSFL oil sand separation agents was studied. In the extraction experiment, the effect of the agent concentration, reaction temperature, and heating time have been studied. The optimal condition was confirmed. When the agent concentration was 7%, the heating time was 30 minutes, and when the temperature was 85°C, the bitumen production rate could reach more than 95%. The agent after separation can be cycle-utilized for the environment-friendly property.
