ABSTRACT
The development of renewable energy sources is seeming to be an effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emission. The increased installation of renewable power generation comes with the barrier of availability period issue, as the renewable sources are intermittent in nature. To maximize the renewable power usage, further strategies of load management have been proposed to utilize the renewable generation during the availability period by shifting the non-primary load of the house to the solar peak hour. The paperwork is carried out for the load management of the two loads at the residential level for the effective utilization of rooftop solar PV. The water-consuming loads are chosen which can be fed with the recycled gray water. Thus, the paper also proposed the gray water utilization for non-potable water requirement activities of the house for efficient water management. The proposed work efficiently utilizes the renewable power with effective load management of the two loads (washing machine, Dishwasher), as the water recycling load is also shifted in solar availability period, with the immense water-saving along with the reduced requirement of grid power purchase.
