Sue Breeze is head of the Equality & Non-Discrimination Team within the Human Rights & Democracy Department at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. As a career diplomat she has worked on a wide range of bilateral and multilateral policy desks in the FCO. She currently heads up a team responsible for the UK's work to promote and protect FORB as well as a broad spread of other equalities issues such as women's rights and child rights.

Judd Birdsall is a former US diplomat and a current Ph.D. candidate at Cambridge University. From 2007 to 2011 he served at the U.S. State Department in the Office of International Religious Freedom and on Secretary Clinton's Policy Planning Staff. He was also founding chairman of the Forum on Religion & Global Affairs. He is presently an editorial fellow with The Review of Faith & International Affairs.
