Owen Frazer

Owen Frazer is a Senior Program Officer in the Culture and Religion in Mediation Program at the Center for Security Studies, ETH Zurich. The program, a joint initiative with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, supports people working to address the religious dimensions of conflict. This article draws on a March 2015 workshop with practitioners working on Buddhist–Muslim tensions in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand and subsequent interviews in Myanmar in May 2015.
