Notes

1. Dwyer attributes the lack of degree to the equivalent of laziness or stupidity, however people with restricted resources are less likely to obtain a degree, all else equal.

2. Discriminatory to those who cannot defend themselves and thus are more prone to conviction.

3. IQ testing is controversial, especially for young children.

4. According to 2019 NAEP where scores are flat in math and negative in reading.
