The Global Public Health recognizes that this article, first published online on 16th January 2020, missed to include the author name Alicia E. Genisca. Dr. Alicia Genisca played an integral role in helping to design the survey, train the community health workers in how to take measurements/complete survey, helped to ensure the survey was implemented, and assisted in data collection. During the production of the manuscript, she moved and had some major life events. This contributed to us accidentally, and unfortunately, leaving her off from the author list. We, as an author group, would like to rectify this and respectfully request that she be added as an author of our manuscript. The final author list will be:
