2. I cannot resist pointing to another error, this time on Bosnia, which did not ‘adopt a scheme of cantonization in order to reintegrate territories controlled by ethnic Serbs and Croats’ (p. 179). Cantons exist only in the Bosniak–Croat part of the country (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
