1 I am conscious here of the tendency, as pointed out by Koomen (2019), to recognize practically-gained insights as ‘experience’ as opposed to ‘knowledge’ obtained through research. This rhetorical practice can denigrate the very real knowledge of practitioners and others with lived experience.
