The abstract for the above mentioned article was incorrect when it was first published online. This has now been corrected in both the print and online versions.

The phrase in p. 70, line 24 was incorrectly written: "self-reflexive qualities – Hill". This should read as “Jumping Monkey Hill”.

The text in p. 71, line 3 was incorrectly written: "the limits of creativity". This should read as "the limits on creativity".

The editors of Journal of Postcolonial Writing regret that these mistakes were not picked up at the proof reading stage.
