When issue 45.02 was first published online the pagination was incorrect. It was started at 1, but should have been sequential and started directly after the last page of 45.01.
This has since been corrected and the pagination is now reflecting correctly on Taylor & Francis Online. The combined print issue 45.01-02 will not be affected by this error.
