Abstract

In this paper the pattern of intensity transmitted due to interference in a cold collisionless magnetized moving plasma slab is investigated. The direction of the external magnetic field is normal to the plasma surface and the plasma slab moves across relative to the magnetic field. By taking into account relativistic considerations, the effects of the plasma density, the thickness of the plasma slab and the speed of motion on [A27] the bandwidth, the finesse factor and visibility are simulated. These investigations for S-polarized and P-polarized electromagnetic beams have been done separately.
