ABSTRACT
The study aims to examine the determinants affecting the adoption of e government services in Vietnam. An extended version of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model is employed to build the research model. The model is investigated through asurvey of 433 responses from small and medium enterprise (SMEs) owners in three Southeast provinces in Vietnam, and analysed using amultinomial logit model. The findings are expected to not only assist SMEs in their business registration process but contribute to quality improvement and promotion of e-government services in Southeast Vietnam.
