ABSTRACT
The financial system plays key roles in our society by performing its functions like risk-sharing and information transferring etc. A domain modelling framework of the financial system is proposed using a general domain modelling tool, called function-context-behaviour-principle-state-structure (FCBPSS), which is based on a set of core concepts as well as system decomposition. Domain modelling of systems is a good way to understand and study complex systems in unexpected circumstances. Case studies of the management and improvement regulation strategy for the financial system in abnormal contexts are shown to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of this proposed domain model.
